When asked why she loves working in real estate, Jill quickly answers that it is an honor helping people with one of their biggest investments and she takes her fiduciary duty to clients seriously. She thrives in the fast-paced environment of being a REALTOR and is always ready to roll up her sleeves to help her buyers and sellers.

An alumna of University of Illinois, where she earned her degree in education, Jill was a student athlete in track and field and a Big 10 record holder. Today, she continues to compete as a masters athlete and this winning mentality is one that she brings into her work with clients. The discipline and determination in sports applies to her real estate practice: hard work reaps great rewards. And Jill's philosophy on real estate is that buyers and sellers should feel like it is a win-win experience.

With 15 years of practicing real estate, Jill knows what it takes to price a home correctly, negotiate the best terms for her buyers and sellers, and to provide solutions for anything that might come up during the home buying and selling process. Jill holds a Master's degree in Management, which honed her knowledge in marketing and promotion, contracts, and legal issues, giving her the know-how on putting systems into place to make every transaction run smoothly.

Just as it takes a special understanding of what a first-time homebuyer is experiencing, it is equally important to serve the unique challenges when considering retirement, downsizing, or home buying and selling as a mature investor. This is why Jill holds the SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist®) designation, providing a special skill set to meet the needs of maturing Americans when selling, buying, or relocating residential or investment properties–and she can provide them with the best options and information to make these life-changing decisions.
